From the local FOX affiliate:
It’s kind of like crossing safe sex with Foursquare or Yelp check-ins.
The program to hand out condoms with high-tech wrappers at colleges and universities in Western Washington is sponsored by Planned Parenthood and designed to make you proud of practicing safe sex…
In the case of the wheredidyouwearit.com-sponsored condoms, the QR code will be used to broadcast where and when you practiced safe sex. … After scanning the QR code, your location and a brief description of how you used the contraception will be posted on wheredidyouwearit.com for all to see.
“A 20-something guy and a girl whose relationship is non-existent and have already talked about safe sex and STDs used a condom in the kitchen because no one wants an STD. It was great — can’t wait for round 2,” a post from the Belltown area read.
Nothing like ‘non-existent relationship’ ‘relations’ to reassure conservatives about the foursquare of condoms and the organization that cooked it up.
And here are a few more of my favorites [the bold is my own]:
An under 20 girl and a guy whose relationship is non-existent and have already talked about safer sex and STDs used a condom in a secret spot with another birth control method. It was things can only improve from here.
A 40 something girl and a girl whose relationship is just for fun and have not yet talked about safer sex and STDs used a condom on the beach because no one wants an STD. It was ah-maz-ing – rainbows exploded and mountains trembled.
A 30 something guy and a girl whose relationship is on the rocks and have already talked about safer sex and STDs used a condom in a plane, train, or automobile because their partner told them to. It was pretty good – i got no complaints.
